Commercial Maintenance

To optimise performance, increase energy efficiency, improve air quality and increase reliability of your air conditioning system, we recommend carrying out preventative planned maintenance of your equipment. During our maintenance visit, we clean and sanitise indoor coils, pumps and drains to kill any bacteria, acid foam clean the outdoor coil and perform various other performance tests that will help our engineers spot minor problems before they develop into serious ones.

Does your office air conditioning need servicing?

Most air conditioning systems will need to be serviced at least annually, in some cases 6 monthly or quarterly. Air conditioning system lose efficiency if neglected. Signs that your systems are struggling are noise, dripping, increased energy bills, or if the blown air doesn’t seem as cool as it should be.

To book a service visit with us simply press the 'Book Now' button. Select the week you would ideally like your service visit to take place by booking the Monday option. The booking calendar will state an actual time for booking purposes only. We will then contact you to confirm your system details, provide you with a quotation and then we can get your service visit booked in.
